Bom hotel, mas precisa melhorar na limpeza

O quesito limpeza pegou bastante negativo em minha estada, o quarto e a roupa de cama estava sujo, o edredom estava lamentável, travesseiro com cheiro azedo. Não trocaram as toalhas de banho. Café da manhã com pão amanhecido, funcionários tem dificuldade em reabastecer os alimentos. Preço do restaurante muito elevado.
