The customer service was limited and really not helpful for a 5 star resort! I paid high dollar to stay at! People were rude unwelcoming there was definitely discrimination if you were not causation! The staff was top notch and very friendly! Food was fantastic and lots of options and variety. Tenting a cabana for the day was very reasonable and a great way to spend the day in the sun! Javier at The Peninsula was amazing at our anniversary dinner. Ana at Siempre was the first server we encountered Monday when we were getting settled in and she checked in on us even when she wasn’t our server and made our anniversary trip special and made sure to say farewell in our last morning before check out.

We just got back after a 5 day stay. We had a great time-everyone was super friendly and provided great service. The only complaint would be having to make reservations for dinner on the resort. Otherwise very easy to get transportation to the other resorts and to town.
