Our honeymoon stay at Pueblo Bonito Pacifica was absolutely unforgettable. The views from the resort is insane. Shuttles to the sister resorts (also amazing) were provided and we never had to wait longer than 5 minutes. Food and drinks were so good! From the moment we arrived the service was amazing. Yoana and Isaias in the VIP Lounge were so kind and attentive. At Siempre Restaurant, Oscar and Marcos made our breakfast experience perfect. Our room was always spotless thanks to Miriam (we loved the uniquely folded towels & blankets). And we can’t say enough good things about our butlers, Itimar and Rodrigo. They were incredibly helpful, thoughtful, and made our honeymoon stress-free and feel so luxurious. They answered any questions we had so quick! Every single staff member we encountered made our experience truly memorable. We’re so grateful for their hospitality and can’t wait to stay again!

Beautiful property Located at the bottom of the hill with an amazing view and you have access to 5 other properties and the marketplace. Food was pretty good....poolside food was ok..... I wouldn't recommend the room service for food. Since it had rained recently there were alot of flies which I wasn't a fan of. Very quiet and relaxing.....which is what we wanted. This isn't a party resort but you get access to 5 other resorts and the 1 at the Marina (called the Rose I think) has more night life.

Rooms were nice and comfortable. The restaurants were so-so. I expected more variety of food choices. The restaurants on the other properties were better.Staff interaction appeared forced and not genuine.My only major complaint is my expensive audio headphones were stolen by housekeeping on the last day of our stay. We didn't notice until we were on the plane

We loved this property! Food was delicious and service was excellent. Two really nice pools. One felt very quiet and relaxed and the other had the swim up bar and activities. You also have access to the other properties and their restaurants so you always have options.

Things I had issues with, some of the Staff wasn’t super friendly, on multiple occasions the way the staff treated my wife and I very blandly but then would be extremely friendly and joking to the group of women next to us was quite insulting. On multiple occasion my wife got some attitude when asking for stuff like “Chocolate Milk” staff was rude and asking her why she wanted that. Another gripe was the amount of non included things including, food, drinks and even restaurants. It felt like every other thing we looked at was extra charge we even booked a reservation and didn’t understand we would have been charged for just the reservation not to mention they limited what you could order.

I was super wary about an all inclusive because they can feel like a rip off at times. Especially with the food. But the food here was UNREAL. Amazing customer service and quality. They treated us like longtime friends. Best customer service I’ve ever had and one of the best weeks of vacation I’ve had as well, Highly recommend!
