I really appreciated how clean and comfortable the rooms were. I also enjoyed having breakfast available at the hotel. It was a simple breakfast, but the food was good, and it was convenient not having to go somewhere else to find breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and they were happy to answer all of my questions. I was also pleasantly surprised to learn that the hotel offered a discount on tickets to Glenwood Hot Springs. Overall, I had a great experience and appreciated the extra conveniences that made my stay more enjoyable.

They don’t have anyone on site in case of emergency, like the electronic key fails. And if you left the check in paper in your condo you have no way of contacting them for help. They need a better system!

Wish we had stayed longer than one night. Great location, clean property, and great amenities.

Very well maintained property, for sure it’s a luxury hotel

Beautiful historic hotel with excellent. The bellies were particularly helpful in getting us checked in and out with a loaded SUV. The restaurant had great food!
