The bed was comfortable but low to the floor. The shower was very slippery and could have used a shower mat. The breakfast was great. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Beautiful hotel! We didn't realize the pool would be closed when we were there, but otherwise excellent stay.

Great location for early morning train travel! The hotel is quite nice. A little noisy from the street but we expected it due to the location so it wasn’t an issue.

Had a great room with access to a rooftop patio and a spectacular view

Loved this property! Great location. Charming Ralph Lauren Vibe. Most importantly, the room was cleaned daily, desk staff was beyond helpful and friendly, amenities were great. Stay here. You will love it!

A wonderful hotel in Florence. The staff were very helpful during our stay. The breakfast was excellent with plenty of options to start your day. Very conveniently located for exploring the historical sites in the center of Florence. We would definitely return here again in the future.

Great location and a wonderful experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful with local recommendations and securing dinner reservations for us. We would love to come back and stay here again!
