The hotel is excellent! It’s walking distance to Haeundaue Beach, aquarium, metro line, and many restaurants. It’s about an hour bus ride from the hotel to Gamcheon Culture Village. I would definitely stay here again.

Not an actual hotel. Limited communication, no laundry available even though it’s depicted in pictures. Additional fees for pool and gym- difficult to set up. It is a great location though- close to beach and main roads

the unit was modern and clean. enjoyed the views of the beach and coast from the unit. garbage disposal was well setup not requiring us to bring anything down to sub levels. parking was convenient. the only difficult part was checking in ... unsure where we were suppose to go and had to go to multiple areas to get directions for the right area. also sent texts to the mgmt for additional towels but those requests never got unfulfilled. would stay again if we are in the area as the unit was nice.

Was a great hotel with good location and walkable from the main busy street. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was equipped and the view was amazing. Conveniently located near the beach too!

Stayed at NewCZ Haeundae for a couple of nights during my trip to Busan, and it was honestly a great choice. The room was super clean and looked just like the photos—modern, simple, and cozy. Location-wise, it’s perfect. Just a short walk to Haeundae Beach, and there are lots of cafes, convenience stores, and restaurants nearby. I didn’t have to worry about anything. The bed was comfy, and I appreciated how quiet it was at night. Check-in was smooth and contactless, which I liked. One thing I also noticed was how responsive and kind the staff were through KakaoTalk. Definitely would stay again if I come back to Busan. Solid place for both solo travelers and couples.

We couldn't check in online, so it took a few minutes finding out that we needed to go to the 3rd floor for check in. Better instructions at the entrance of the building would have helped. Once we figured things out it was easy and fast. The staff we very friendly and helpful, I'm thinking of coming back next year, very pleased.
