Super sweet, amazing staff But, much false advertisement: 1. Main reason we chose this place was because it included in unit washing machine and dryer. However, once we arrived, NONE of the machines in the building were operable. We asked staff to change our room but Staff said none of the machines are working. This was important factor for us because we packed really light. 2. Pool, sauna, and gym is not included. Have to pay 40,000 won/per day for whole package. It is not 24 hours. 3. Shampoo, hand soap, body soap suck. It was very watery and didn’t include much of actual soap. We purchased our own. 4. Poor water pressure and mid temperature being the hottest. However, amazing staff, clean room, convenient location, great water dispenser, and 3 convenient stores downstairs makes it overall 3 stars.

My stay was enjoyable. It is conveniently located near the attractions and transit. For the price and the location, it's a good deal. For future travellers, this property is not like a hotel - trash needs to be thrown out yourself, towel and cleaning is requested. Even when requested, the cleaners often don't come. There is probably a disconnect on the Expedia advertisement causing misaligned expectations. Another example is the "onsite" fitness center/sauna/pool. This is NOT part of the property and patrons need to pay additional for entry.

it was a two bedroom apartment. It was OK. Did not like the beds. They were hard and very small. I did like the location because I could walk to the beach. The plus was that it was a larger apartment and it had two bedrooms two bath.

Beautiful Apt, But Only 2 Real Beds

The apartment is beautiful, with great views and location. The only downside, which is important to note, is that saying 10 people can stay there (comfortably) is incorrect. The queens are not standard queens but instead full sized (we were told this is queen sized in Korea, but we’ve stayed at other places with standard queen). The twin cots are mattress pads that go on the ground. What’s strange is the apartment is quite large, but the bedding is totally inadequate. I wish they would put more beds, or bigger beds, in rooms and in terrace areas. It could sleep 10 easily if it wasn’t for the furniture. Fortunately the couch was super comfortable to sleep on. Also, the staff working there were super kind and accommodating and provided more bedding to make us comfortable. So, overall, was a good experience. But please correct the communication and consider getting more beds- it’d be worth it

Home away from Home

The residence was lovely, close location to the beach, super spacious, like a home away from home. It didn’t have a washer so plan to walk to laundry mat, it’s not far but you will need to plan for that if staying for long durations.

The property itself was amazing. However checkin was a little confusing. The front lobby had a desk but no one there. Someone from the third floor screamed down to have us come up to the third floor to checkin. No bath towels were provided and the plug for the bathtub was the wrong size so couldn’t use it. Otherwise, very comfortable stay as it was very roomy for the 4 of us with amazing views. Great location too.

Came here for Thanksgiving with a family of 6. This is now my favorite place to stay when coming to Busan. Absolutely beautiful and so close to everywhere and the strip! Super clean too and updated! I love it.

Very close to the beach for watching sunrise. Waking distance to Haeundae station. Construction noise from 6am to 6pm but wasn’t affected us enjoying ours breakfast every morning.
