Very clean hotel in convenient location. The Armani and Mudec museums are a few minutes walk away. Lots of restaurants and bars within a few minutes also. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. We ate at the hotel once for dinner and didn’t repeat it. There was only two other tables and we still waited 40 minutes for our order and that pasta arrived cold. But after the wait we couldn’t be bothered to send it back. Reception said they would look into it and make sure it does not happen again. There were no concessions to the price we paid though or a drink offered in recompense. I would expect something like that for a five star hotel. It was also a pity that the rooftop bar wasn’t open when the sun was shining in the afternoons. We would have had a drink whether tea or coffee or alcohol if we could have. It might have been the time of year as we were there in October. I would recommend the hotel to anyone staying in Milan.

The location was great, although I would recommend having a car to get around. The restaurant’s food selection was quite limited, so I’d suggest heading into town for more dining options. Unfortunately, during our stay, the spa facilities didn’t open on time, and the swimming pool water was lukewarm rather than comfortably warm or hot, which made the experience less enjoyable than we’d hoped. The staff, however, were great—friendly, helpful and very accommodating throughout our stay.

It’s a late review but I’m still dreaming of the beautiful charming mindblowingly unique stay we had at this gem! The host was so welcoming and kind despite our very late check-in ( & gave us a little upgrade which made me cry!) it felt like family & touched me very much. The centuries old Greek fresque on the ceiling was insane! I couldn’t stop taking pictures and looking at it from our comfortable bed. I felt like a queen :) sadly the pool access was not available but I didn’t care since the location is in the heart of it all, amazing food places and little shops everywhere. It does get a little noisy at night (World Cup matches were happening so we get it) We were sad to leave but hope to be back again one day. Grazzie Mille ciaooo

A hidden gem, just don’t tell everyone or there will be no room for our booking next year.
