This property was disappointing. The breakfast was the worst that I’ve had in a long time. We had to not eat and go somewhere else. The walls are paper thin so you can easily hear the TV from the next room. The staff was very friendly.

Room was clean and spacious. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was full-breakfast with plenty of options. The only negative was the WiFi. Only reason I was staying in Burlington was for work, and need good WiFi to do it. So this cost me at least 10 hours after I got home to do the work I could have done at the hotel. My next stay in Burlington will have to be at different location.

The front desk staff was friendly the breakfast was very nice. The pool was dirty so we did not use it. Water pressure in the shower was poor. The breakfast was good several choices and made up for the pool use.

Like most BW

We frequently stay at BW for convenience and past experiences. The only thing we'd noted is the extremely soft water made it difficult to wash soap off and the shower head although it was supposed to have multiple pressures only one worked and was a medium pressure so washing long hair was challenging. Missed the breakfast so can not give any information regarding quality or selection.

Run Down

The hotel is dark, dreary, stuffy and felt unkempt and dirty. Room 123- the AC unit sounded like a jet engine when cycling and could not sleep with it running. I asjed for a fan- no fabs available. The security clasp was mussing - apoeared sheared off the door, abd used towel found on a hook behind the bathroom door. Carpet was dirty and lighting was very dim. Front desk gal was overwhelmed. Breakfast was nasty. Best Western management needs to visit this location. Shameful for the price.

So-So

Options for the free breakfast were scant. They offered some boiled eggs and when cracked open it was completely black ! No telling how long those had been there. Nothing was fresh. Not impressed. Room was a typical room. Nothing more or less.
