Location was good. Hotel was clean. Front desk was very welcoming. My balcony was partial to oceanfront. In the near future I would choose a higher floor, so I don’t hear the outside traffic. Other than that it was great!

This is our 4th stay in VA Beach and we love it here. You can pretty much walk to wherever you need to go, but if you don't feel like walking, they have a trolley service that goes up and down Atlantic Ave. all day & night for $4.25/day. The ocean view from our room was beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful and our room was clean. It would be nice if they had chairs available on the beach, like they do around the pool. If you're traveling by plane, packing a beach chair and umbrella is most likely not going to happen. You have to rent umbrellas and chairs if you want to get a little shade. We saved a few bucks by buying some cheap folding chairs at one of the beach shops across the street, then rented the umbrella only. Otherwise, you're looking about $100/day to rent 2 chairs and an umbrella. All in all, it was a nice stay and the weather was beautiful, as always.

Property did not disappoint. Close to all points, centered on the island. Food galore beach galore and the sunsets are unforgettable! Can’t wait to return. Property was well maintained rooms are spacious if you’re lucky to get ocean view Good Luck breathtaking sunrise.

Room was not ready upon arrival. Could not check in until after 5 pm, even though I did a pre check in and it stated that the room was ready. Staff said they would contact me when it was ready but I had to go back in and see was it ready.

poor customer service. poor accommodations

The room wasn't very clean and smelled bad. The bathroom fan didn't work. Ice machine on our floor didn't work. We had to get blankets as they didn't leave them in the room. The microwave had a molding sandwich in it. Over all we stayed because we had reservations but we will not be back and will not recommend. The door needed repairs so you had to go through the restaurant on a wet slippery floor from the beach. The staff was okay but not really very nice.
