Worst hotel service ever. Apparently they can’t get Expedia message from their customers and fail to follow up after any incident or complain. This is not representative of how the Ithaca community is.

The pic on the website of expedia and hotel did not match. If you are not in the main building then you are very far from the lake and spa. No breakfast in the hotel, Not at all freindly staff when you check in, we checked in at 11 o'clock at night and they didn"t help us with our luggage. rooms were so so small....

Visiting a nearby college- staff was friendly. The room did not feel clean. The couch and chair were stained. There was a hole in the wall from the door handle. The tiles/ grout were stained. We did not feel comfortable taking off our shoes. Breakfast -there was not enough food and they closed it before 10:00 am.
