The lobby and entrance is beautiful. The view from the room is beautiful. The furniture in the room is dinged up. However the worst is the front desk told us that breakfast was $12, the website says $10, but the lady at check out says it is $27. When you plead your case she and the front desk just shrug their shoulders and demand $27.

Need better back up generators and nicer staff

The hotel was decent but during our stay electricity was out for several days. The backup generators were inadequate so the hotel shut down the air conditioning in the rooms. For at least two nights, it was very difficult to sleep in the heat and super high humidity without air-conditioning. There were several hours during the night when we did not have electricity at all.
