We enjoyed our stay at City Mills. The front desk was very friendly and helpful. One of the ladies showed us to our room. Beds are comfortable as well as pillows. The hotel has a great vibe.

When we arrived late afternoon there was a note attached to the front door directing us to our room and that they were busy with another client, but did supply a number to call. Our room door was wide open with the keys laying on a table. We did try to call to ask about the wifi and breakfast. We received a text, 3 hours later, with the wifi info and that we were not getting breakfast or coffee as it was not included. I understand about breakfast, but no coffee? There was no TV's anywhere and I do not remember seeing that on the site, but I may have overlooked. The house itself was nice, historical, but we were not overwhelmed by it, nor the lack of attention to customers by the owners. Very overpriced for what you get.
