Nice enough hotel, loved the walk to the theme park. Didn't love the food As a diabetic attempting to manage my condition through diet, the hotel was ... difficult. Everything was full of sugar and carbs. I recognize that the hotel primarily serves a younger, theme park crowd, but there were some other grandparents there, and it would be nice to provide something for us to eat that doesn't require large doses of insulin. (and that would cause me to spend my food money at the hotel, rather than going somewhere else.)

MAYBE HAVE EMERGENCY GENERATORS!!!

We always stay at the KnottsBerry Farm Hotel, however going forward that may change because the power went out and I am disabled and have a mobility scooter and I couldn’t get it in the elevator to get up to my room. I had to sit in the lobby until the power came back on.And even though it has nothing to do with the hotel itself this is the third time in a row that we have been to KnottsBerry Farm where my wife’s and sons favorite ride ghost Rider has not been running!!! We always check ahead of time to make sure that it’s gonna be running and they always say it is and then we get there and it’s not and that’s very very very upsetting when you drive six hours from Phoenix Arizona to get over there and your favorite ride is not running!!!

Lived the hotel was remolded. Stayed years ago for an anniversary. This was 28th anniversary and we got 2 cute snippy buttons saying we were celebrating our anniversary..fun and cute to wear. Check in was smooth and easy. Cristina had a great attitude and super friendly. Appreciated the opportunity to upgrade to a larger room for a reasonable rate and so happy to have been able to purchase park tickets for $52 each since we were guests. . The oversized king room was so roomy and very clean. Included a bar counter with 2 chairs, a sink and mini fridge. The king sized bed was comfy. Appreciated the toiletries in the bathroom of make up wipes, circular soaps and loved the lotion. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided inside shower and all scented lavender and vanilla. Lotion was the scent too-loved it! 8th floor had a good pool view and quiet. We walked to the park which was super convenient-less than a 10 minute walk. Able to go back to the room throughout the day and into the evening..keep tickets handy and snap a pic of them or download Knott’s app and scan to your app as you need each time to re-enter. They do take your photo. Memorial Day so park was super busy but had a great time. Dine all day bands worth it. $36 (taxes included) we staggered the time to redeem. First hubby then me 1/2 hour later. Good every 90 minutes but how we staggered it was like every 45 minutes we we eating. Boardwalk bbq my favorite. Big portions. Mostly an entree and 1 side.
