Front desk lady was amazing, friendly, and super helpful. She made our experience so much better. The property should NOT be 4 star. It should honestly be an economy property or 2.5 stars. Again - front desk lady was great.

Absolutely loved the friendly, helpful, thoughtful, professional staff! Our upgraded room was amazing! We loved the breakfast and our dinner at I’m Carrucci. Thank you again for arranging flowers and chocolates for our wedding anniversary and the bubbly too! We can’t recommend your hotel enough! It was the very best stay, indeed!!!

A lovely little hotel in the busy University district of Bologna Our Saturday night stay was very noisy as the students partied the night away right outside our bedroom window!! The next three nights were quiet and fine. Our room (106) had a very small shower which was fine for myself and husband, but I imagine people who are not as petite as us would struggle to even get into it!!! The breakfast staff couldn’t have been more helpful or charming - nothing was too much trouble! Would definitely stay here again if I was to visit the city…
