The staff at the Inn were all very helpful and friendly. In addition to restaurant and activity suggestions for our time at Notre Dame the front desk representatives provided directions for walking to campus and for the shuttle service to the airport following our stay.

While the check-in staff was initially courteous, the rest of our experience was disappointing. We entered through an unsecured side door and navigated a dirty staircase with a loose handrail. Upon reaching the second floor, the hallways smelled strongly of marijuana, and the condition of the room doors was inconsistent. Although our room was generally clean, it felt unfinished, with no transition between the bathroom and bedroom flooring and a kitchenette burner that was heavily soiled from previous use. To top it off, when we went to check out in the morning, the receptionist was fast asleep at the front desk and unresponsive, leaving us to worry about our departure being properly noted.
