Comfortable, clean and good value for money.

Comfortable and clean rooms close to Bryce Canyon. Restaurant next door, which is very convenient for breakfast and dinner. Excellent value for money.

The place had no resemblance to posted pictures or description. The bathroom was so small you could hardly use the sink. Miminal furniture that I think came from good will. No accessories. Very unfriendly check in staff and no real lobby. Worst place for the highest price on our trip. Air conditioner so noisy we had to turn it off. I would definitely not recommend it and feel expedia should examine the honesty of the description or confirm that the room pictured at booking is the room you get.description. Very disappointed.

Within 10-15 minutes to entrance of Bryce NP. Beds were comfy, shower was great (hot water, good pressure), very quiet. Table was pretty wobbly, but it was serviceable. Pool doesn't open until May 6, but was too cold out for that anyway. There was an onsite restaurant, but we did not eat there.

Close to Bryce Canyon

We had a king room with an electric fireplace that had nice ambiance and gave off some heat. Bed comfortable. Location is convenient to Bryce, about 10 minutes drive. The room was not in the main part of the hotel. It was in the row of rooms you can conveniently drive up to near the restaurant. The only downside was that cell service was very low and the WiFi did not work well. The WiFi in the restaurant was great so we walked over there to download our alltrails maps. Food at restaurant onsite was good. Breakfast is not included.

false advertised no pool no hot tub no access to laundry carpeting looked like it was from 1980 The heater was loud and obnoxious black out shades were junk and walk way lights were left on all night right outside the doors. The key to the door barely worked. The building needs a lot of work. I would not go back

Nice comfortable hotel. The restaurant was awesome! Their open faced turkey sandwich was excellent comfort food but their deep friend green beans are to die for! Would totally go back again for them. Service was awesome. Conveniently located to Bryce Canyon. Quiet, nice location. Would stay again.

Bryce Canyon Pines was everything we needed for our visit to Bryce Canyon the next day. The mattress and towels were new and nice and the shower was hot, but the room had not been renovated…ever? The bathroom was very teeny and the carpet scary old and stained. I would say the room was otherwise clean, but did see a flossing pick behind the nightstand, so… I rated the cleanliness of the outside of the property as poor as the trash can was overflowing when we arrived at 5 PM and was also overflowing when we left at 8 AM. Pizza boxes and trash were sitting behind it and it was gross. I rated the staff as unfriendly because when we checked in the front desk, the clerk did not look up and was clearly not having a good day. She did become friendlier as we proceeded, but when we got to the restaurant, we were greeted by a not so friendly server. However, with that said, our particular waitress was very sweet and nice and when I had to send back the ultra chewy ribeye, she was kind. However, the not so friendly server came by to take the steak to the chef and was not very nice about it. Therefore, I would say if you have no other options, you’re safe to stay and eat at Bryce Canyon Pines, however, there are other options in the area I would try first.

Older motel, but clean and reasonably priced

This motel is in need of updating, but our room was very clean; the towels and linens were nice; and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. Also, the price for the room was very reasonable. (The refrigerator in our room did not work, which was disappointing.) The hotel office is currently only open from 9 am - 5 pm. I was informed that this is because the owners are having difficulty finding people to work there. The current staff is managing to keep the place going by using emails to communicate with customers before they arrive. We were able to "check-in" in the evening without having to go inside the lobby at all. This hotel is just five minutes from Bryce Canyon, so the location is very handy. We didn't book a room until a few days before our arrival, and lodging near Bryce Canyon is limited. Honestly, we were just happy we had the opportunity to visit Bryce Canyon without having to spend hundreds of dollars on a motel room. We had a great time in the park, and that's what matters most.

Comfy, quiet cottage.

The cottage was very nice and quiet, a perfect place to relax after a long day of driving. The food at the restaurant was excellent, the best local trout I’ve ever had! Plus, it’s pet friendly, a bonus!
