Staff in gift shop, fix your face

The pool was closed and looking at the pool online was the biggest draw for us. Very disappointing. There wasn't a welcome gift as I see that was one of the items listed as I was rating our experience. Did others get this?? The one young man who helped me in the gift shop was very polite and nice but when a woman came by she was snarky and rude! Even said the Worry rocks I was purchasing was $1.99 but I had to bring the young man over to where I got them and he confirmed they were $1.00 as I stated. Her facial expression and attitude almost made me leave as I could get llmost items on Amazon. Didn't need that attitude. I thanked the young man for his help.

We loved that everything we needed was right there—restaurants, ice cream, gifts, horseback riding. Being so close to the National Park was wonderful; with a pass, you could go in and out with great ease.

Loved it!

The location is unbeatable. It’s not even a 3 minute drive to Bryce Canyon NP. If you don’t want to drive to the park, there’s a shuttle stop right in front of the hotel. It’s very cozy. I loved the vibes lol. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel was conveniently located near Bryce Canyon. The decor was touristy and there was a nice restaurant and general store in the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. It was, however, noisy in our room. Our room was in the main lodge which is set up around the pool. It is very open and made it noisy. We could hear people in the pool up until it closed at 10. Each time a door was closed, it sounded like it was being slammed. There was a lot of door closings the night we were there until the pool closed and then it started all over at 6 am. It impacted our sleep.

This is a tiny village. Large business just minutes away from Bryce Canyon National Park. Rooms, food, large laundry room, large shopping selection. Gas station across the street. Just check the hours of operations. We hit the road at 7am and the gas station was closed and you couldn’t even access the pumps when closed for gas.
