The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was amazing.

Super clean and excellent food! Location was perfect! Close to beach pubs and shops. Pool lovely. 30 minutes from bourgas airport. A must visit is nessebar aqua paradise water park free shuttle from flower street 20 mins away.

I would say it is a very family-friendly hotel. The animation team was excellent and did a great job entertaining the children. The only disappointment was that the hotel was advertised as offering a “full-service spa”, while in fact there was no operational sauna or any other steam room facilities. Only this aspect did not meet our expectations.

It has everything you need and more. Clean spacious rooms, lobby, restaurant and poolside areas. Indoor pool, gym, steam room and sauna are a bonus. Great service from all staff and especially from the animation team. Food was varied enough with some special themed nights. The drinks selection is good enough with plenty of self-serve options. The self-serve ice cream machine was great as well. Good-sized pools with separate areas for children. A 20-minute walk to Nesebar.
