Absolutely delightful stay!

This hotel is BEAUTIFUL! The staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Do not miss the spa- it is wonderful (steam/sauna and comfy chaise chairs). Our room was clean, the mattress comfortable, and the bathroom had both a tub and shower. Great location in the heart of Bruges - minutes from the main square restaurants and canal boat rides. Not far from the train station however we took Uber due to the cobblestone streets and sidewalks. I would stay here again in an instant!

One of the best hotels I have ever experienced. Everything was comfortable, clean and well-maintained. The decor was elegant, and the rooms were quiet. Nothing was worn, broken or non-functioning. The rooms and furniture were comfortable and had everything you needed, cups, coffee, towels, a great shower. Windows were wide looking on to the canal. They opened in the ends and let in birdsongs, the sounds of a rain shower, or a nice breeze. Every member of the staff was pleasant, and very helpful. Perfection!

In the old part of town, everything was within walking distance. Parking was available and very cool, a car elevator was used. Restaurants galore and all the sights were less than 5 minutes away. The rooms were clean and very nice, ask for building #1 for an older feel. Breakfast was a good buffet.
