Brossard Vacation Packages

This is sort of an odd hotel. We like quirky boutique hotels, but this one is uneven at best. Great location but rooms on the street are incredibly noisy. We moved to a quieter inside room the second night. No Kleenex in first room but two boxes in second. No toilet paper holder or toilet paper in the second even though the maid had alerted the staff. Very loud creaky floors. Elaborate showers with two shower heads for couples but little water pressure. A window into the room so others can watch you shower. The continental breakfast consists of soggy croissants, corn flakes, sweet yogurt, and canned fruit cups. Some folks seem to love it, but we won’t be back. The staff we dealt with were very nice.

The room was clean and the gym was nice, but overall I was disappointed considering we paid around $300 USD per night. The room had an espresso machine but no bottled water, which I found very strange. How are you supposed to make coffee? My girlfriend called the front desk to request two bottles of water and was told they couldn’t provide them before 4 PM. I had to call again and complain before they finally brought us water. For a hotel at this price point, something as basic as bottled water shouldn’t be an issue. The pool also had a very strong chlorine smell and was packed with kids, so I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a quiet or more adult atmosphere. On the positive side, the room was clean and the gym was very nice. Overall, though, the service and amenities didn’t match the price we paid.

Room was nice. Some issues with small flies/gnats everywhere. Other than that space was perfect for my family.
