We had booked 2 rooms and 109 the sheets were dirty in both beds. It took 2 requests to get the room cleaned.
The breakfast was great.
Bathrooms were clean. It’s an old hotel and there are carpets to be replaced and some freshening up to do

The room was great - the small kitchenette and living room made it feel less like a hotel room. The neighbourhood was awesome! We walked to restaurants easily.

Decent, I'd say just as good as the bigger name hotels at this price point for sure. No free breakfast, but the restaurant is decent and reasonably priced. 👍

The room was pretty clean, spacious, stacked with everything even ear plugs, and easy to access. My only issue was the uncomfortable bed to sleep on for two people. Other than that, it’s good for a night.
