Nice vibes great atmosphere.

My wife and I had a terrific time at the Virgin. Our room at the opal tower was fabulous, quiet and super clean. We enjoyed going to the strip having fun and coming back to a hotel that was still vibrant but not overly stimulating. The several pool areas were spread very thoughtfully. They have a section that would meet all expectations. The food was great, from Nobu down to the “kitchen” . The casino is not as large as most on the strip but meets your need if you looking to gamble. You also have the convenience of a strip mall across from the hotel that should meet your daily needs. I look forward to coming back!!!

I like that the hotel is centrally located on the strip and in a fun District area. The hotel has an older feel about it and could use some updates such as fresh paint, carpet, bathroom fixtures and an actual pool area. We thought the pool was a large hot tub, but nope, it's just a very small pool. Price was right so that's a huge plus.

Horrible checkin / checkout... Would never stay there again...Double charged me entire stay and still fighting to get someone to refund 2nd one that is so clearly a duplicate for same stay....

This was a very disappointing stay. The apartment was dirty, dusty, and hot. The temperature stayed around 77–78°F all night, yet the only bedding provided was thick comforters, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. When I simply asked for thin bed sheets, the host became argumentative instead of trying to help. They kept saying they were a private owner, as if that somehow excused poor customer service or making guests uncomfortable. It wasn’t until I contacted Expedia that the host responded by providing what I initially asked for. I didn’t want to spend my vacation dealing with unnecessary conflict, so we checked out after the first night instead of staying for the remaining five nights of our six-night reservation. I would not stay here again.

I was in shock they offered no coffee. They did have pods in the "mini bar". for like $ 30. And all the other stuff in the mini bar was CRAZY four times more expensive than what it should be. I did get charged for an item in the mini bar which I DID NOT eat. Also there was only one soap in the bathroom and no hand lotion. One roll of tp in holder , no spares.. I was staying for two nights and had to ask for more toilet paper and towels . Had dealings with lost and found which I know is NOT the hotels fault but only left my phone for a few minutes and someone stoled it and it still has not been returned...
