Wonderful stay in Bratislava. Accomodation was faultless. Location excellent for a short walk into the old town or to access public transport links. View of the castle. Breakfast was decent. Reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

A good property and competitively priced vs. holiday rentals. It was nice to have the good facilities in the kitchen area including a dishwasher and full oven. My only slight quibble is that the second bedroom was very small, only just bigger than the single bed and the walls between the bedrooms were super thin. I'm not sure the frosted window between the rooms was really needed. I get why that was there but it made it feel more like a family room than a true flat. It wasn't bad at all and it's really a minor quibble, hence my overall rating but for a family choosing an aparthotel vs. a rental, one of the main reasons for the latter is everyone having their own space.

Great location for exploring Bratislava on foot

Great location for exploring Bratislava on foot, leaving the car parked in the hotel’s secure parking. Easy to find. Car parking was well-marked and the entry is almost next to the hotel front door. Our room had a comfortable double bed, sofa, TV, a washing machine in the bathroom, small kitchenette with crockery and cutlery for 2, plus a decent sized fridge with a freezer compartment - very useful if you’re driving around Europe with a cool box in your car! Can’t comment on the breakfast because we self-catered. We would stay here again.

Everything was great except for the lack of blackout drapes in the bedroom. There are Venetian blinds but due to the orientation of the room and it being early summer, the room gets bright around 5:30 am.

Central location without feeling touristy. Lots of places to eat ,drink and shop. Near to public transport to airport and rail station. Staff were very helpful and apartment was clean and quiet. Would certainly rebook if I returned to Bratislava.

Apartments are as advertised , very clean, good size and the location was excellent within walking distance of everywhere and very close to the old town. Towels and tea, coffee replaced daily and felt very secure. Only criticism is traffic nose is noticeable especially at night so take some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper however is to be somewhat expected due to the location ,and also could of done with an extra mirror as none in either of the bedrooms. Would stay there again and would recommend , very close to a supermarket and various bakeries and coffee shops.

Front desk staff were helpful and friendly, and even provided me with laundry detergent pods so I could do some laundry. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen which was helpful for cold drinks and leftovers.

Functionally pleasant.

I don’t know how to describe this to people who haven’t stayed here. Basically, these are very nice, very modern apartments which are part of a hotel, as opposed to rooms. As a result, you have a full kitchen, as well as a full bathroom and washing machine. One unfortunate issue is that because it’s clearly designed for you to ‘use’ if you’re a long term tenant, so that means wardrobes and the like. But, as a one night stay it feels very empty. That’s not a major problem, it’s just important context as opposed to anything negative. Other than that, what a great location and a nice place.

I had a 2 day trip in Bratislava and I enjoyed my stay at this apart hotel. The staff were very friendly and professional. The photos I took showed the room looked great as advertised. I will stay there again when I go back to Bratislava.

We really liked these apartments. Very clean, spacious and with everything we needed to cook. The only negativite was the noisy road outside- it was quiet during the night but traffic was noisy from around 7am. If we were to stay again we would request an apartment that was high up or not over looking the road.

While there are a lot of things to link about the property (good breakfast buffet, decently priced apartment with all mod cons, 10 min walk from Old Town…) I can’t possibly give it a higher rating because I was kept awake for two nights by a boiler in another apartment filling up constantly all night. When I complained at reception the next day, they clearly didn’t really care, and all they said was that I needed to come down to reception when I heard the noise again. Bit difficult at 2am when I have my 2 year old child in the room sleeping(miraculously)! Also, the cleaner left the window open wide and after coming out of the bathroom I saw my toddler about to climb up onto the windowsill- my heart was in my mouth! When I complained about this, I was told the cleaner didn’t know we had a child and therefore didn’t think it was a potential hazard. There is was a bath cot in the room, various toys and books on the floor, and baby bottles in the kitchen, so that should have been a giveaway! Also, the cleaner came in every morning but didn’t make the beds which I found very bizarre! So it’s difficult to give it a decent score because I was so angry about the noise (which my mother didn’t hear in the next bedroom, so I guess I’m unlucky) I definitely wouldn’t recommend it if you are travelling with small children (too many hazards in the apartment) but overall it’s a decent price for what you get.
