Friendly and helpful staff and comfortable, quiet rooms. Breakfast was substantial and tasty, with plenty of seating. Location is convenient to tram and shopping and tennis stadium. My only minor complaints would be the lumpy pillows and the strong-smelling hand soap, but I slept well. I would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty and the options were good. The hotel was a bit further from the old town than I had initially thought. However, there is a tram stop around the corner and the Bratislava’s public transport system works very well.

The hotel is not in the city centre but with tram 4 and 9, you reach it. Room was very spacious with a great view and equipped with kettle and fridge. Breakfast was basic. Dinner at the restaurant was super delicious (I had the ribeye)! There is a big shopping mall next door with many shops and food options. I appreciated the two hours late check out as I had a late night flight.

Great hotel in Bratislava

A very comfortable and nice hotel in perfect position for moving around Bratislava. Cleaning was top-notch and the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Only thing missing was the rooftop bar which was closed during our stay but a great restaurant right across from the hotel ensured that we didn't suffer. Highly recommendable

Great bar with panoramic view!

Loved the 13 th floor bar! Had a nice dinner there overlooking Bratislava! Wonderful! But was closed at the weekend. Make sure you come when its open! Just a few stops on the tram gets you into the old town easily.

Great for travelers with need for secure parking.

Nice, clean, good size room with comfortable beds and a good shower. Aircon was a bit noisy, but otherwise quiet atmosphere. Friendly staff in the reception and a nice but pretty standard breakfast. Easy and plenty of parking in a monitored garage, but a bit expensive at 25€ a night. Located in a shopping center and with easy access to multiple bus/tram stops which takes you to city center in about 15 minutes.

Room was clean. Textiles also clean. It is littlebşt far to centrum but by No4 tram it is only 10 mins and comfortable.
