While the property was older, it was kept clean and great for what we needed. The staff was friendly, we were able to check in late and extend our checkout time for a small fee. They had a small breakfast buffet that hit the spot. Would stay again.
The property is quite old and needs significant renovation. The carpets especially need to be washed, and the rooms deodorized. The bathroom has some signs of mold. There is a bit of a selection for breakfast, and most of the main dishes were warm, but they lack quality, as some pieces of the potatoes were still frozen. The staff was quite friendly, though.
This property was excellent overall.
Had a small incident in the morning when I attempted to use the hair drier and found it didn’t work. A 17 year old boy answered when I called the front desk and he was very dismissive. He had the attitude of “oh well that’s not my job”. After my husband went to speak with him he finally let us in a vacant room to use the hair drier. The staff working the night before for check in were very friendly and pleasant to talk to.
Maybe that kid just didn’t want to be at work. Facility was extremely clean and extremely quiet!! Breakfast was hot and fresh. Would absolutely stay there again.
Stayed at hotel this weekend from Friday night to Sunday morning when myself and my 2 kids checked out. Paid for room in full through Expedia and when checking in of course the front desk needed a “card for incidentals”. Gave them my debit card to slide and have on file like I usual do at hotels when they require that . No charges were made to my card until AFTER I CHECKED OUT! $50 was charged to my card Sunday after i checked out ! Waited for the pending to charge to clear or fall off on my bank and it did not in fact fall off . Called hotel front desk (can barely understand them) and they front desk WILL NOT let me talk to a manager and is telling me they have myself on camera going in and out of room with a pet !!! And said they charged me $50 for a pet (which they are falsely accusing me of) and then had the nerve to tell me they normally charge more for lying ! This is such a 100% scam by the local hotel owner and it’s not right ! Have tried twice to speak to manager and no luck, no call back . I will be contacting a cooperative office and taking it up the matter about this particular branch. Would not recommend staying here what so ever after this experience I’ve just encountered
Will never stay here ever again. Went to the room and we only had 5 pillows. Not a huge problem as we were only staying one night. Was called 2 hours after we checked out and was charged. Was told originally that 3 pillows were missing. (Why would I want to take any of the pillows??) I have plenty of my own. I have been in contact with corporate. When I called again today, they informed me that IT WAS 3 PILLOWS FOR and 2 TOWELS FOR IT . I had taken one towel to the pool in case the pool didn’t have any but we brought it back up! When I spoke with the receptionist who was a male. Kept saying that doesn’t happen. That doesn’t happen. I have stayed on the Quality Inn on the strip with no issues like this. I should have just went there. I was hung up on the second call because I started to cry and feel defeated because they refused to believe me. This is unacceptable. Where is the footage of my family stealing all these items???? Do better for your customers.
The owners and personnel at the front desk were amazing. 2nd time I’ve stayed and both times excellent. Rooms were comfortable and nice and all you need when spending all your time exploring the area. Great little breakfast area and pool too

Breakfast room was well stocked and service personnel were wonderful.
Was clean and staff was very polite and happy to help. We brought our Maltipoo with us and the pet friendly rooms had luxury vinyl instead of carpet which was a nice touch. Property is right in the strip and close to everything! Pool was nice to keep our son entertained after a long day out. We will be booking again soon!
First room we were put in had not been cleaned at all bed was not even made. Moved to another room in the bathroom we found used dirty wash rags haning on the shower. Sub par for the rating that was given on hotels com.
