Overall the hotel could use a refresh. Hotel is in a great location to go to entertainment events and restaurants. It was quiet at night with adequate outdoor lighting for late night arrivals. Staff was polite and courteous.

Our room was clean, except for the carpet - owner really needs to clean the room carpet as well as the halls, they were bad. Breakfast was plentiful but it’s the same everyday. In a resort place like Branson, people stay multiple days - a change would be great. One add that is definitely needed are grab handles in the tub area; many older people stay here - please help them so no one gets injured. Staff was very helpful in all aspects. I was surprised that when they “refreshed” our room during our 4-day visit, they only emptied garbage & exchanged towels. They did not make our beds, very unusual.

Parking was easy. Tanger Outlet was just down the hill. The lady who cleaned our room was awesome and very nice and friendly! The only issue was the lamp on the end table next to the bed was completely inoperable.
