The room was OK, but the hotel was supposed to have been remodeled, and I was in a room on the other side of the main building where you have to go outside and cross through a patio to get to the next building, and that building the doors have rust, they are not maintained, they are dirty, it looks like an institution and just crossing that path at night is not safe. I did not stay the two nights, I only stayed one night, and my partner called the hotel, and we were told that I was going to get an email confirming that I had only stayed one night because when I wanted to check out, there was no one in the front desk to let me check out. We waited for more than 30 minutes and nobody showed up. And I was charged $100 for incidentals, and I still have not gotten my credit back, even though I had already paid through Expedia and there were no incidentals because I only slept there one night.
