We were pleasantly surprised at how clean this facility was for a family/water park place. Staff was on top of everything. Breakfast has a good variety. Would like to see refillable soap and shampoos.

Thr bathroom was so dirty. It had hair every where. I toilet part near the floor had dried up urine on it. There is so dust on the fridge i wrote mt name in it. Behind the dressers has a crap ton of wrappers, by the bed found cerriros and hair pins. The room didn't even look loke the cleaner did anything,i dought she even changed the beds. Never again will i pay 200 dollars to stay there. Thr front desk kid did move us rooms, not much better at all. We used the waterpark and let. Waste of money

Why do you have a handicapped so far from the elevator? The room had no kleenex and the shelf in the shower was loose, so when you put anything on it, it fell on the floor. Otherwise, it was a nice room with a comfortable bed and pillows.

Breakfast was good and staff helpful. The poor mark was the cleanliness of the room. There was a hairband and what looked like a piece of balloon on the floor by the nightstand. Made me question how well the room was cleaned.
