Overall, we had a nice stay and enjoyed the property. The only issue we experienced involved communication. Earlier in the day, I received a text message stating that if I needed anything, I could simply reply to that number. Around 8:00 p.m., while my husband and I were out for a walk, my father called to say he had a severe headache. I replied to the text requesting towels and something for his headache, but I never received a response. When we returned around 11:00 p.m., my father told me that no one had brought the requested items. I then called the front desk and was informed that the employee on duty was new and was not familiar with the texting system. I would recommend ensuring that all staff members are properly trained on the hotel’s communication system so that guest requests submitted by text are acknowledged and handled promptly. Aside from this experience, we had a pleasant stay.

We had such a great stay at the CW Resort in Clearwater! The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, the views were amazing, and the entire property was very clean and well maintained. It was the perfect place to unwind and enjoy a Florida getaway. We would definitely stay here again!

There was no refrigerator in the room. When I went to pick up my car, I gave them the ticket. They lost the ticket and I waited for over 20 minutes to get my car. The room had no bottled water and I found out when I was leaving that bottle of water was served free to all rooms. It was a two bedroom room and one of the beds seem to have collapsed and never been fixed. Much lower than the other bed.

Being able to stay on the beach well after dark was a plus. Plenty of lounge chairs and a bench swing. Loved it. Also loved the rocking chairs on our porch. Pull out bed was surprisingly comfortable. Just wish there were more coffee pods - that’s the only recommendation I would make!

The only complaint was the rooms carpet smell really bad they all seem to be pretty humid and they all should be tiled .

All was good except ice machine was broken. Clean rooms nice pool easy beach access The wagon with chairs and umbrella for the beach was a nice touch. Quiet area.

Normal, I was dropping off my son at IMG. It was pricey, for the price I prefer to stay ay UTC Sarasota (nothing near). UTC has a mall and lots of restaurants and a Target near
