Room was nice, staff at checking was friendly and breakfast was good. Only reason for not giving a 5 star was the towels were dirty. Maybe just an oversight as everything else was good

This hotel was clean and open. We did not like the smell of smoke everywhere and the casino was small and became very loud,smoky and crowded in the evening. We had great difficulty find the place since th gps has thwm on thw other side of thw river...when i mentioned this at check in they said they were aware of this.

Room was convenient and well designed. Did not use amenities, did not have breakfast can not comment on those.

Under construction so should be better next time

Good location. Comfortable bed. Nice welcome with sparkling wine. The general layout and room amenities of room could be better. The bathroom faucet is too short for the sink so water just gets all over the counter when trying to wash hands. The window views onto the courtyard is quite nice until people are out there then it feels like they could look into your room with no privacy. At night it could be noisy with people in the courtyard. Also it seemed like music was playing (rather loudly on the patio starting at 6am). No cable outlets available. Small kitchenette had a few paper cups and glasses. Television remotes were not intuitive and buttons for guides were not functioning on the TV. Also the opening station was a turn off (news station versus a nice hotel site). Hotel bar closes rather early, staff nice but telling you they were closing up at 8:45 and can only get drinks to take to room is not welcoming and does not give feeling custom friendly. Don’t get me wrong, it was an okay stay and I wouldn’t mind staying again but it is a bit dated and could use a bit more of hotel guest perspective to improve services.

The Room was Ok but the air-condition wasn’t working and the temperature outside was 100 degree, they gave us deferent room with one bed king size bed, even we ask for 2 beds in any way it we really bad hotel we wouldn’t advice any on to have Thanks
