The place is secure from people don't have a keys. The place is nearby at convention center. The thing that i did not like was, I thought i was lock inside my room. The door has a damage its hard to open.

All good! Enjoyable stay!

We only stayed one night. We did not find the beds to be comfortable at all, very saggy mattresses. Otherwise the room was fine for what we needed. It was nice and quiet. Check in and check out was all fine. Breakfast was a disaster though. Clearly not enough seating for the hotels capacity. Everything was empty. I had to hunt for cutlery. Hot food stations were really messy. Overall kind of yikes but free I guess so you get what you pay for? The staff were doing what they can so can’t fault them, seems more like a volume/planning problem.

Very comfortable clean and very friendly staff very welcoming. The chop steakhouse on site was awesome with great food and accommodating staff.

It was a quiet and cozy stay with a great location with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby within walking distance. Miles and John we're very helpful with the sign-in process. Will definitely stay again when we're back to Edmonton

Over all experience it was great its just theres no pool but everything is good.
