The water slide is super fast, and seemed like kids were loving it but definitely not for smaller children. The little one (frog) is for babies, and lands in barely 12” of water so small kids are too big for this…. Which was disappointing for our 6 year old, as she was too big for one and too small for the other. The hot tub was also barely warmer than the smaller pool… disappointing when that was the main reason we wanted this hotel, a hot tub soak after a long day of hiking. The staff were great though, and breakfast was standard hotel quality, the lady stocking was fantastic at keeping everything filled though! Wouldn’t recommend for a long stay or if you want a nice pool/hot tub but if it’s a turn & burn it’s decent, a little over priced for what you get though.

One of our rooms was next to the ice machine, so that was quite loud at times early in the morning and late at night. We were looking forward to a swim, but the swimming pool was closed on Sunday morning, which was a disappointment and hot tub wasn’t very hot felt lukewarm. The options for breakfast were good.

We were told one rate at check in—$144 each for two rooms, but at checkout we were charged $247 per room. The clerk said there was nothing we could do and we had to contact Expedia, which was odd, because we booked with you. I had her give me copies of our check-in and checkout receipts which clearly show two different prices. Can you tell me who to contact?
