The room was not pleasant or comfortable. It had nothing but two single beds which were past their best. There was no wardrobe, drawer of even a shelf to put clothes - nothing but a rail with some hangers. There was not even a chair to sit on. The cups in the room were not always replaced with clean ones and tea/coffee not replenished - guests should not have to request this service from reception themselves. The room is basically no better than a down market hostel and is far from the expectations of a four star rated establishment. Very disappointing accommodation, and the cost of my stay can absolutely not be justified. I would not recommended this hotel to anyone.

The staff were snippy, not helpful at all. The room was very small with one of us having to crawl over the other to get in and out of bed. There were no glasses or facecloths in the room. I was told there were no facecloths and to get my own glasses at the bar downstairs. It was very clean but that is the only positive. I will not stay there again

Very handy to have a good restaurant with fair pricing. The hostess was SO busy, but she rocked it! It is a very large hotel so everything was busy but they move people along quite well. Beds were comfortable, room was clean and the water pressure was great as well. The room overlooking the large dumpster/garbage area was a negative. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.

Lovely location, close to airport, walkable to town for dinner. Staff very friendly, would stay again and highly recommend.

Lovely hotel. Quiet in the evenings. Close to the bus line and across the street from two nice pubs for easy dinners.
