To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. Beautiful

We thought this hotel was charming. On arrival we received a friendly and efficient check in by reception. Our room was clean and we appreciated the very effective air conditioning and the small fridge in room. Breakfast was lovely and varied. Hotel was in a great location. Easy to park and near good shops and restaurants. Recommend!

The lobby and rooftop were renovated and well maintained. The rooms are very dated and don’t match the rest of the property.

We had a fabulous experience overall! The rooms were super clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff and servers in the restaurant were outstanding—friendly, professional, ready to help, and go the extra mile. The breakfast bar was amazing, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. As a bonus, the free shuttle to and from the airport made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended!

It's a hotel that's not in the center of Bari. I chose it more for its convenience in visiting other nearby cities besides Bari. The hotel is well-maintained, as are the rooms, though nothing fancy. It's a good hotel for the price.

This might have been the nicest hotel I have ever stayed at …….. Grounds were beautiful. Hotel and room were magnificent. Staff was delightful, warm and extremely helpful I would highly recommend a stay here, when you are in Bari
