Room was nice, staff were friendly. Breakfast was the worst on this trip, coffee was just bad. Not a lot of choices. We would have used the restaurant for dinner but it didn’t open till 8pm, there was nothing around to eat.

The lobby and rooftop were renovated and well maintained. The rooms are very dated and don’t match the rest of the property.

It's a hotel that's not in the center of Bari. I chose it more for its convenience in visiting other nearby cities besides Bari. The hotel is well-maintained, as are the rooms, though nothing fancy. It's a good hotel for the price.

To whom it may concern. The refrigerator was not working. Called the front desk and no one came. The television was a joke. The basic channel were not available. Not sure i will be back. All good very happy

We thought this hotel was charming. On arrival we received a friendly and efficient check in by reception. Our room was clean and we appreciated the very effective air conditioning and the small fridge in room. Breakfast was lovely and varied. Hotel was in a great location. Easy to park and near good shops and restaurants. Recommend!

We had a fabulous experience overall! The rooms were super clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The front desk staff and servers in the restaurant were outstanding—friendly, professional, ready to help, and go the extra mile. The breakfast bar was amazing, with a great variety of fresh, delicious options. The pool was perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. As a bonus, the free shuttle to and from the airport made our stay even more convenient. Highly recommended!
