Good location. Travel family of 4. If you only need basics it is perfect. Breakfast was a surprise, it was fresh and good overall. Enjoyed to stay there just for sleeping.

Excellent room. Excellent breakfast. Excellent staff. Loved everything about the hotel. And what a bar and view, highly recommended.

The room was super dirty (blood on sheets, pubs and outdoor debris like branches). When we went and advised the reception, they proceeded to yell at me and tell me it is what it is. Horrible experience.

Very good location. Clean hotel. Our ac was broken but they handled us a new room inmediately. The hotel is confortable and size of the rooms are decent. Bigger than average in the area.

This was an amazing place. The staff was incredible, the resort was gorgeous, the food was delicious, the pool and spa were totally relaxing.

Firstly this hotel is on a side street and not easy to find. We arrived with two young children on an intense heat wave day to check in for a confirmed, family room booked through Expedia. At check-in we were told the air conditioning in our room was broken. They made no attempt to inform us in advance of the issue or rebook us into a different room. The front desk declined to move us to another room and offered only a refund — which doesn’t help when an equivalent room for the same dates now costs roughly double, leaving us to find and pay for alternative accommodation ourselves in peak summer heat. When we asked to resolve it with the manager, Giulia, the front desk would not call her directly and said they were unable to reach her; our own later attempts to contact her also went unanswered. This was not a weekend check-in or a late night check-in that the manager is not available. She had instructed the front desk not to call her. For a 4-star hotel at this price, being unable to provide a functioning air-conditioned room, refusing to relocate us, and leaving guests with no way to reach management is a serious failure. A carefully planned family trip, badly let down by rude staff and missing manager. Whoever owns this hotel should evaluate. The hotel itself is not a 4 star either at best a 1 or 2 star. We would recommend travels AVOID this hotel.
