It’s a late review but I’m still dreaming of the beautiful charming mindblowingly unique stay we had at this gem! The host was so welcoming and kind despite our very late check-in ( & gave us a little upgrade which made me cry!) it felt like family & touched me very much. The centuries old Greek fresque on the ceiling was insane! I couldn’t stop taking pictures and looking at it from our comfortable bed. I felt like a queen :) sadly the pool access was not available but I didn’t care since the location is in the heart of it all, amazing food places and little shops everywhere. It does get a little noisy at night (World Cup matches were happening so we get it) We were sad to leave but hope to be back again one day. Grazzie Mille ciaooo

Beautiful hotel in a perfect location. Spacious rooms and welcoming, helpful staff. Food and drinks were excellent. Price is high but worth it

I have stayed here several times and always had a great stay. On this occasion I was not happy on the initial room we were given. I booked a queen room with a city view and was given a disability accessible room with a garden views which had a strong smell of sewage from it. I complained at reception and was moved to a queen room with city view without question. The staff handled the issue brilliantly and with no fuss. The facilities are excellent, the pool was cold but fantastic and a nice bar at the top with great views. The hotel is in a great location and they were happy to store our luggage after check out until our flight. Will definitely stay again

breakfast was great! location super central
