This was a great property to stay at for the price. The lobby and the rooms were beautiful and spacious. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would say the biggest downside was the area the hotel was located in. It was in a bit of a slummy area with a lot of graffiti, but we did not feel unsafe as long as we walked a certain direction towards the piazza. The other downsides were the terrible pillows and the rooms were very tired. There was a broken hair dryer, broken chair, ripped curtain and what appeared to be moldy or a dark stains in the corners of the walls. It was not noticeable at 1st, but as we stayed through the week, we noticed all the little things that showed the property could use some maintenance. Again, for the price, it was a great stay.

Really nice hotel. Loved all the chandeliers Had a suite which was beautiful Had 2 balconies, one off bedroom and one off lounge. Big walk in wardrobe Clean Lovely breakfast area Walkable to railway station . Would recommend.

Nice hotel has abit of a vintage casino feel to it. The room was clean and spacious. Staff are excellent to deal with i had a slight issue with a broken tv and was missing an extra bed for my child but the staff sorted everything straight away.
