Good for price

Each time I called during the day the front desk person was short and rude. The night person was amazing. Bed was comfortable. Good hotel for price. No issues with room besides the cold water was hot but I expect that in the desert with such high heat.

Staff is not accommodating - dismissive and rude. They lack customer service and will counsel you if you complain about no air condition, or their refusal to refund a room. This is by far the worst customer service ever received.

My stay

For being in a desert town, it was near the freeway good on and off access. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. It had eggs and sausage and waffles not just cold cereal.

All was good. But I needed to cancel because we had change of plans. Hotels.com was gracious enough to give us a refund, but the quality inn itself would not do it. We had a change of plans we didn’t need to go there. But I ended up going because I paid for it. hotels.com did their job they reached out. They did awesome. It was a quality Inn that would not negotiate the no cancellation rule. I agree to no cancellation, but I’ve had this happen in the past and the hotel has canceled for me because of change of plans. This hotel was not going to do that. It was no fault of hotels.com. They did exactly what they were supposed to. It’s equality in that did not change their mind which I think is ridiculous.

The floor wasnt clean. The bedding was old and worn out. The box spring cover had several white crusty areas on it. The shower had mold spots on the walls. The towels are old. The room dis not look near as nice in person as it does on the pictured add. Huge gap in the bottom 12 inches or so of the door to the hotel room. We could see daylight through.The breakfast area looked decent.

I was pleasantly surprised! Blythe is kind of sketchy, so I was weary, but the inn parking lot was empty in terms of shady people (no drifters), so that felt safe. The room was so clean, well appointed, comfy. Working TV with lots of channels, nice shower. Really good experience & there is a Starbucks & chipotle nearby, which are great options for the desert. Id definitely stay here again,

Checking in was fine there were a couple issues. The TV did not work and the power went out in the morning for a bit. When came back on the power kept flickering on and off. Not too happy with our stay for that reason. There was not another room to move into
