Torre Blumenau do Castelo Itaipava

Estadia boa mas recomendo o hotel providenciar mais um profissional na recepção, pois é frustrante ter apenas 1 profissional para fazer tudo! Ficamos lá duas noites e todas as noites tinha apenas um profissional para atender todos do hotel, então a pessoa fazia o Check-in e tirava todas as dúvidas dos hospedes, grande problema pois havia uma fila que levou mais de 40 minutos para sermos atendidos. Os hospedes começaram a ser mal educados porque realmente absurdo levar mais de 40 minutos para ser atendido e o hotel super lotado. Recomendo imediatamente o hotel providenciar mais um profissional porque é insano ter uma pessoa só.

O Hotel decadente, sem conservação, roupas de cama e toalhas muito velhas, paredes do quarto com necessidade de reparos, porta do quarto nao trancava, TV so com canais abertos, cafe da manha modesto (mas ok), porem falta reposição dos itens talheres, pratos, copos, café, pães. Acabavam e demorava muito tempo para repor.
