Blountstown Vacation Packages

It smelled like roaches. The whole place. Although i only saw 1 dead one you could let they place was invested at some point. They didn't even try to have air freshener in the room or anything.

It was not clear that this was a “contactless checkin which was a bit confusing. Lovely converted home, extremely well maintained with lots of comfortable shared spaces inside and out.

Roomed smelled and floor was gross. Got in late and didn't want to raise an issue

Our stay at this hotel was honestly very disappointing. From the moment we arrived, we noticed several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The bedding and sheets were dirty, so we had to go to Walmart to purchase our own bedding because we did not feel comfortable using what was provided. The bathtub was also unclean, and we essentially had to clean the room ourselves when we arrived. The hot water was another major issue. On our first night, we discovered that we had to let the shower run for approximately an hour before the water became hot. There were three of us staying in the room, so the water would become cold between showers before eventually heating up again. We also had to push the shower handle down to switch to the bathtub and pull it back up to get hot water through the shower. We were not provided with proper towels or washcloths and received only two small hand towels, which were dirty. The sink had a crack inside it, the AC unit was very dirty, and the iron leaked water onto our clothes every time we used it. We also noticed water on the floor near the refrigerator and kitchenette area, although we could not determine where it was coming from. There was barely enough toilet paper provided as well. We were told that housekeeping would not service the room until the third day, but our room was never cleaned during our stay. Overall, the room was not as clean or well-maintained as we expected, and there were too many issues for us to feel comfortable.

Unfortunately not the best stay. Elevators were continuously out of service and guests were forced to take the stairs. Valet service did not run sufficiently and the property is infested with ants. Any food items left in the room, on the countertops, caused ants to come out everywhere. Duvet spread was also not clean. I doubt that I will ever stay at this property again.
