Nice stay. Everything felt new.

Visited Bloomington in the summer so my son could attend a camp. The hotel was clean, and breakfast was decent. Selected this location because it was less expensive than some other options closer to campus, and I just wanted a clean room and a daily breakfast that we could eat before starting the day. This place checked all the boxes. Everything felt new and clean. I am an IU alum and often choose to stay at the Union because it allows me to walk to things near campus. This location requires you to drive everywhere, which may make things more difficult when classes are in session.

The breakfast was good and the parking was easy. The free wifi though was not. It blocks a lot of sites when accessing the wifi using the phone. Apps like viber, whatsapp would not work because it is blocked.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms were good, except for a shower issue, but that was fixed soon after we reported it. The staff also were very helpful and allowed a birthday cake to be delivered to the hotel and kept in the fridge until the next afternoon. A very good experience. Polly Taylor

This was the first hotel room that I stayed in that has 2 tvs in a single king. 1 for the bed, one for the couch side. Only 2 sided suites have that luxury, so I thought that was pretty cool

Our bathroom didnt flush when we first got there. We go tell the lady, and of course they are sold out of the room we picked. Then the other room we were in, did not have certain things i was expecting that were like the first room. Was overall depressed.

Excellent!

We decided to book a room at the last minute because we were fatigued from driving 9 hours. Irish was a friendly face at the desk! Our 8 lb puppy was very welcomed and when we got to our room it felt like heaven! The beds were just as comfortable as a cloud and the bathroom was squeaky clean. We recommend this hotel!
