The bathroom door did not lock. Other doors did not lock. Hair strands in bed, stained beds. Light fixtures coming out of ceiling. Not happy at all. The good thing was the waterpark.

Met our needs! Very clean!

We enjoyed our stay. Was quiet, thick walls we think because a little league team was running around the halls while we were there but we only noticed when we weren't inside our room. Staff was friendly and very casual. Beautiful lobby.

Only one elevator worked.

Hotel needs an update. Water pressure was low and we did report that to the front desk so maybe it was just our room. Staff were very nice. The room was clean but fruit was small or not ripe. Didn't eat breakfast there but the same as most other hotels. Chips in the furniture and wall in the bathroom probably could have used another coat. It would be most helpful if there was a weather station for the area insted of looking all the time at the phone apps to guess the weather. A couple of music sptations would also be nice. But management will probably say that it cuts into their bottom line.

very nice and modern place. my only issues are the garbage disposal didnt work, and the pillows are to thick.
