Good location, nice bar!

Hôtel bien, mais trop loin du centre de Kilkenny pour y aller à pieds. Proche d’une route assez passante donc bruyant. Et aucun système de climatisation, pas de ventilation et une seule fenêtre pour de la fraîcheur.

Staff are the star of this hotel. Excellent on check-in and throughout. They are all excellent ambassadors for the Pembroke. In particular, the star of the whole stay was Rachel on reception. Make sure you keep her…!!!, well trained and she delivers outstanding customer service.

Great stay and a wonderful place. It's not a buffet breakfast so it can be a bit slow but that suits the pace of the place. Should perhaps leave butter, jam and marmalade on the tables. That's a fine critique but every little helps.

Although we had a coffee machine and kettle in the room, there was also a fully equiped (shared) kitchen available for us to use. The breakfast was fantastic.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Viking Hotel in Waterford. The room was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated, and the bed was really comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we had dinner in the restaurant which was very good. Breakfast was also excellent with plenty of choice. Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended! 👍
