The breakfast was edible. When we checked in we had no water. Tried calling front office without success. Had to walk two flights of stairs to get to reception to get water in the showes after we checked in after 9pm. There wasn't even a bottle of water in the fridge to drink, And even tho we checked in late, within 5 minutes after check out time, despite our inconvenineces, we were being called to check out even tho the stay was much less than 24 hours. Nice property tho generally but if you are 6ft you have to be constantly ducking as the doors and ceilings and steps are low

The location is ideal. The private beach is amazing. The staff isnt efficient during breakfast service and I was told there were no beach towels at 7:45am to check back after lunch. Then my keycard stopped working took a while to get it back.

A Biohazard Disguised as Luxury: Rodent droppings are only the beginning... Utility Failures: We had zero running water for multiple consecutive nights with no forewarning. When temporarily restored, a dark brown liquid flowed from the taps. A bathroom sink remained completely clogged and backed up with stagnant water our entire stay despite notifying management. Severe Bed Linen Neglect: Due to the water supply issues, our bed linens were never changed during our two-week stay. Worse, the sheets had highly visible stains prior to use, suggesting they were never cleaned before arrival. Biohazards & Pests: We found fresh rodent droppings on kitchen counters and food areas. New cockroaches appeared daily; dead ones were left un-swept. We completely abandoned eating any food at our villa. Outside, a dead animal carcass was left to rot right by our car, emitting a foul odor. Broken Appliances: For one bedroom, the AC was broken was days. The washing machine broke three times; management's solution was to eventually hand us a key to Villa 3 and expect us to haul our wet laundry down the hill ourselves. Do not let the photos of the view fool you. Behind the scenery is a broken, unhygienic, and structurally neglected property run by management that simply does not care. To make it clear what future guests will be getting for their money: you are paying premium luxury rates to be an unpaid maintenance tester for a crumbling villa. Look elsewhere and AVOID BOOKING AT ANY COST

Major renovations needed at the facility . Leaking roof on the walk paths and lounge area with pools of water during rain fall , so there was no way to really enjoy the hotel common areas as we were a party of 3 .Slips and falls are at high risk . Rooms were clean ( bath room lacked sufficient towels ) . Check in and check out were hassle free. Breakfast was okay with an omelette station. Unless there’s some major changes / update / repairs to property I will not return.
