Rooms were small for the price and air conditioner was super loud and you could hear the people upstairs The room was clean, but the property needed to be better maintained. It had leaves and debris everywhere. but I did feel safe and the people that work there were nice.

Staff are extremely rude. Room is dirty. No elevator to go upstairs and front desk didn’t even bother mentioning during check in. We booked a suite, but nobody was available to get our sofa bed ready. There were three sofas were left in the corner together and they are super heavy to move. I called and the Staff said he was not capable to walk upstairs and asked me to go down to the front desk to pick up beddings and pillows if he could find them.

Not Worth Price

At $250 a night, this hotel was too pricey for what it delivered. Check in service was friendly and parking convenient, but the rooms were run down (cheap bedding, damage to doorframes, shower falling out of the wall). Air conditioner so load it woke us up when's it turned on. No soap at the sink to wash your hands. Coffee maker in the closet (why?) with all the items just dumped in a pile next to it. Pool and hot tub were closed, which was a bummer since I booked the hotel specially because my kid likes to swim. Manager not at all apologetic about the situation. Not what I expect at that price on a weeknight in the off season.

Disappointed that I booked a 2 queen bed room and right after I paid Hotels.com, I called the Best Western and they say they had no such room. They gave me a king room with a couch that my friend slept on. This is the second time this has happened with hotels.com. Last year it was Shadow Mountain that did not have to room I booked. So this is common practice with hotels.com that they don’t seem to know what room types are available when they take my reservation and payment?

Room was decent and looked to be recently updated. Front desk staff was terrific and very accommodating. Room was clean, but needed a little more attention to detail. Its on a main street so it was noisy. We kept the fan on to drown out the trafgic noise.

The property is not dog friendly! There is no area for them to go to the bathroom. The parking lot needs a good cleaning. That said the thee rooms were clean and quiet. The shower was excellent.

This was our second stay here and we were not disappointed. Rooms look like they were recently updated and are very spacious! Pretty quiet, could hear neighbors in the morning but at night it was quiet. Great free breakfast as well. The room was really clean but the hallways were not.
