The AC was not working properly and not cooling below 27 degrees. We checked in late night and adjusted it to 23 and till morning it was not moved below 27. Property is at a good location. Breakfast is ok with most items being cold.

For three persons we had asked for three bottles of water instead of two supplied - just for some 15 Rs worth water, manager was showing me rules We had informed him earlier they we will not be having breakfast as we had to leave early. We had paid for the breakfast online - did not support in giving water also. Disgusting

Everything was dirty( bet, sheets, pillow, shower room) Shower does not work due to no lever The only amenities provided were water, soap, and a bath towel. No tissues or toilet paper. I will never stay at this hotel again, nor will I use Fab Groop again.

Terrible Service. False Advertising. Careless Management Called the hotel on 15/1/2026 about rates for 3 rooms. Expedia was offering Rs.3040 plus taxes including breakfast for King Size room with Sofabed. Talked to the manager to discuss options for matching room & rates. Was told to book it through Expedia. Even though I explained them why pay commission to third party instead make a reservation directly with the hotel. After arriving to the hotel, I learned that, they can manipulate things after making prepaid reservation. Manager denied to offer breakfast after showing them reservation details online even though it shows Free Breakfast. Instead they would cancel the reservation & let 3 rooms go. Instead of accommodating guests there was more argument than service. I would not recommend making reservation online for this hotel. If you make reservation directly with the hotel, please make sure you get everything in writing via email or WhatsApp. On top fridge did not work. There was no hand towel or wash cloths. Room had lot of hairballs and lint behind room door. We ended up throwing it out in the hallway. Could see black stains through towels. This hotel is part of Choice Hotels franchise. We communicated with the manager that we also own Choice Hotel properties and this is not the type of service any guests should receive. But guess what, the manager cared less. What a lousy service. Hope the owner reads the review. Pros: In room A/C & Ceiling Fan worked normally.
