The place was run down. Dirty, windows needed washing. Blood on the inside and outside of bathroom door. No amenities at all, not even ice. Had coffee maker but no coffee. No body wash. Electricity outlets didn’t work. Elevator was out of order and I am 75 and can’t carry my luggage up steps. They did change the room to a bottom floor. Sliding door didn’t lock and they used wooden blocks to keep it shut. Mattress was terribly dirty, not a little dirty, a lot of filth. Had plastic fork under side of bed. Bed was lopsided and a brace was sticking out the side. Holes in the walls and half pieces of plastic where things were put in the wall and left. Had a microwave and it was dirty. Check-in was over the internet and took forever to talk to someone over the phone. I wouldn’t have stayed there but it was too late to find another place. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. I would not even let my dog stay here. The only good thing it was on the Susquehanna River.

Had a great time

The Hotel was very clean. However we stayed on the second floor and it smelled like old smoked cigarettes in the hallway. The room had a pet oder as well. The rug definitely needs to be replaced 2nd floor hallways and rooms. Pool needs to be redone.

Dirty room, finger prints on everything… door was brown from dirty hands. Shower was never cleaned. The bed was comfortable.

Bathroom toilet was dirty, sink and shower were rusty.. I know it's New York.. but not worth the price

This was the most disgusting place I’ve ever been in. Don’t consider it . They over book and everything in ad was a lie. It was not clean except for towel provided. There was a shower but I wouldn’t even use the shower.

This is another two story hotel. So no elevator. Our room was on the second floor. VERY CLEAN! Toilet would not flush and refrigerator was leaking. We notified the front desk and everything was corrected when we gotback from dinner. Draw backs: No AC in stairwell and halls. Towels are stained. Low water pressure in shower. Still a nice stay.

Went for pool it was nice room could have been cleaner nice breakfast staff was nice
