Great stay! It was clean, quiet, and staff were friendly!

I booked online at , what I believed was the website. After a couple days I had still not received any confirmation so was growing concerned. When I called the only number available I reached headquarters, not a local number for the local facility. I explained the situation and my concerns. Reluctantly, he confirmed I had a reservation but could not give any additional information because, he said, I had booked through a third party. I had gone through their web page. He was reluctant to chat beyond that I had a reservation. When we showed up, everything went through without a hitch, much to my relief. The final cost was only about $70.00 more than the total cost quoted online. The frustration of all this is quite annoying. It soured the experience.

The queen beds were surprisingly comfortable. We appreciated the choice of pillow options. It was perfect for our one-night stay. If we are in the area again we'll stay here. One recommendation - we needed a late afternoon pick-me-up and thought we'd grab a cup of coffee in the lobby. ALL pots, dark and light roast, and decaf were stone cold. Good thing Starbucks was close by.
