Overall great place to stay, I just wish there was brighter light in the hotel room. There were six different lamps in the room, but even with them all on, the room felt dim. I’m all for mood lighting at times, but I also kinda wished there were just one overhead light to turn on with a switch, instead of five different lamps to switch on. Also doesn’t help that most of the walls are painted dark red, and the carpet is black, making it feel even darker. The room was clean, and the front desk people were helpful. Parking in the garage across the street was kinda a hassle, but it is what it is, and they made it as convenient as it could be.

everything had a QR code that you had to scan with your camera on your phone… It was a real pain… Especially with the TV as Half the QR codes didn’t work… They do not serve a cooked menu on Sundays and Mondays… So you are served pre-prepared foods if you eat there at regular prepared food prices, and the choices are dyer. The quality of that food you’d probably be better off going to a quick Mart and buying a ham sandwich. I was there to go to Mayo Clinic in Rochester so I didn’t have a lot of time in between my journey to explore the restaurants… I did eat at the hotel again from the reg menu on Tuesday, the food was better, only slightly I asked for my hamburger to be cooked medium. It was cooked, medium rare… both meals were in the $70 range… The property was clean, the Jacuzzi tub worked and was helpful relieving stress for my medical condition… I’m not sure I would stay there again… Switching elevators on the fourth floor was kind of a pain. I will say that the Valet was excellent and I never had to wait for my car.. some Front Desk staff are more knowledgeable than others. Wanting to break up my checkout bill to separate food and valet from the room rate seemed like asking for the moon and took an inordinate amount of clarification. I would assume that’s a basic that any Front Desk person could understand apparently I was wrong, while I refuse to behave like a Karen and pitch fits… I can understand where that tenancy comes from because of some of my experiences here

We loved our stay here. We stayed in an executive suite and had a beautiful view, very spacious room and bathroom. The bathroom was beautiful, lighting in there was great (so good for makeup) and the hotel hair dryer actually worked amazing. Location was great, walking distance to breakfast spots, target and a walgreens, Staff were very helpful and the overall hotel was beautiful and clean.
