Staff support lacking. Nobody knew where to go or how to check in. I received a code right at 4pm not a minute early. There are no maps or staff and minimal lighting. There was a couple that couldn't find their cabin and there was nobody present.

The bed in the main room I don't know if it was broken or the mattress is very old because it is very sunken, the windows are not possible to open and one came in too cold where the bunk bed is placed the bathroom, it was not completely clean !!

We rented thinking we would get a 2 bedroom and they made the living room a bedroom. The outside of the property is run down and old. I couldn’t check in when I wanted because an email was supposed to get an email I never received with the code and they tell you to text a # that no one was responding to

Unacceptable.!!!!

There was no working heat besides a small space heater. No bunk beds as advertised. No electricity for the first two hours. Wet wood for the fireplace. No ply for the th to be plugged into so no tv all night.
